Stylish upholstery with a feminine touch
I am Grace Alexander: The British Upholsterer. Originally from Lincolnshire in the UK, I studied Business at The London College of Fashion, and went on to design and buy fabric and clothing for two of the UK's most influential mail-order brands; Boden and The House of Bruar. I am qualified in Traditional (hair) Upholstery with the Association of Master Upholsterers & Soft Furnishers (AMUSF). I also learnt modern (foam) upholstery while training at a commercial upholstery workshop in Cumbria, UK.
Having moved to Malta in 2012, I have established myself as a hard-working and professional upholsterer working with customers here.
My Philosophy
I have a style that is unashamedly modern British with hints of quintessential English 'quirkiness' and always with an emphasis on traditional values of high quality and simple styling. I believe that all items of furniture should be able to stand alone as a statement about themselves and their owners, while at the same time being able to compliment and enhance the room scheme to which they belong.
